Safehaven

Our vision is to see our city transformed, through welcoming, loving and supporting vulnerable men and women.

Everyone can be involved, whether you have lots of experience or no experience, lots of time, or very little time.

Saturday Safehaven

Each Saturday we welcome our guests with a home cooked meal and a time to enjoy company and conversation together. Our aim is that we provide dignity, safety and family for each of our guests, with an opportunity to engage with God in a relaxed setting through our evening service. If you love to socialise then we can’t think of a better way to spend a Saturday evening, loving and welcoming our Safehaven family into our St Peter’s community.

Safehaven Women

We offer a safe and relaxing space for vulnerable and homeless women in Brighton. Together we enjoy a home cooked meal, great conversations, and provide support and guidance from our all-female team. Our hope is that our guests leave having received unconditional, life transforming love – full of hope and purpose.

This safe place is a chance for women to come together and hang out, to chat and to be listened to over a cup of tea and a piece of cake.

Safehaven Men

Every Wednesday during term time our doors are open to some of the most vulnerable men from across the city. We serve a home cooked lunch and enjoy spending time together; chatting, relaxing, playing games, & drinking tea. For those who are interested in exploring faith, we love to support them in their journey too, and there is an opportunity to worship and pray together.
